Urea: Introduction of 45 kg bag
8Government is now introducing urea bags of 45kg instead of 50kg bag
8A farmer from Dakor district of Gujarat told us that for every 1 bigha of land they purchase 50kg of urea
8They purchase urea according to the size of the land but the dynamics of urea application will change since the bag size has changed
8He will have to adjust or will have to purchase urea in smaller quantities in loose form
8Moreover, he also said that after demonetization, government came with the scheme that if a farmer purchase urea with his debit card then they will get flat Rs33 off on it
8But now government have recently closed down the scheme which the farmer said was very beneficial for him
8It has been in news that there will be a limit on purchasing urea and farmer will be allowed to purchase and that is worrisome for him too
