RCF DAP Tender Update
8RCF released a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for the supply of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) in loose bulk on the 21st of July with a total quantity of 1,50,000MT (+/-5%).
8The Tender got closed on 30th July on 16:30hrs, the price bid was opened by the company for the purchase of 1,00,000MT of DAP, 50,000 for East Coast of India & 50,000 for delivery in the West Coast of India

DAP short supply in Bengal
8In most of the districts of Bengal, currently the demand of DAP is there in the market also there is some demand for urea as well. Retailers have high price DAP stocks from companies like Indorama, PPL, IFFCO etc.
8Also in some of the districts, since the sowing is already done by the farmers, there is an increasing demand for urea and the most preferred brands are IFFCO, Yara & Indogulf.
8However, as per the retailers, there is a slight shortage of DAP in districts like Paschim Medinipur, Bankura and Dakshin Dinajpur of West Bengal.
