8Retailers from Anantnag, Kulgam and Shrinagar districts of Jammu and Kashmir told our website that currently there is not much rainfall in Jammu because of which the demand for fertilizers is not there. It is a kind of an off-season for fertilizers, however, and there is a slow demand for DAP in several parts of the state.
8Also retailers have to keep stocks before the season starts because in the season they don't get stocks easily, and stockpiling costs end up reducing margins
