Availability of fertilizer more than requirement: DOF sources

Sources of Department of Fertilizer said that, there is a huge gap between the requirement of fertilizer and availability of fertilizer in the Country during the month of August 2018.
8The are a huge difference between Urea, availability was 39068400 MT and requirement was 28552100 MT in India.
8Similarly availability of DAP was 19114400 MT and requirement was 8965600 MT.
8Avaibality of MOP was 6006600 MT and requirement was 3952200 MT.
8Avaibality of NPK was 21335100 MT and requirement was 9582300 MT.
