Land of RCF transfer to MMRDA: RCF announced

Cabinet approves the transfer of land of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers to Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, and Selling of Transferable Development Right Certificate received/receivable against this transfer.
8In the year 2012, RCF has handover 48,849.74 sq meter land to MMRD for construction of Eastern Freeway which is a vital link between South Mumbai and East Mumbai.
8There was an agreement between MMRDA and RCF, vide which MMRDA was to arrange TDR Certificate for 48,849.74 sq. mtrs.
