MOP with new MRP: Why is it still not available?

8As per retailers from Uttar Pradesh & Punjab, currently the sowing of potatoes is going on in these states and for that the farmers require fertilizers such as DAP & MOP, DAP's stocks are available in the market but MOP is not, and only some retailers have a limited quantity of old stocks of MOP in these states.
8Also new MOP stocks will come with an almost 30% increase in the MRP of the product.
