8The Department of Fertilizer has issued guidelines for the promotion of city compost on 10th February 2016.
8As per the guidelines, fertilizer marketing companies shall be eligible for an account payment up to 50% only on the basis of 1st point sales (to the dealer/retailer) at the district level. The balance shall be released on receipt of retailer's acknowledgment in mFMS as well as issue of required certificates relating to quantity and quality by the respective state governments in prescribed forms.
